Michael joined Rafferty in 1999 and is Chief Executive Officer of Rafferty Holdings. As CEO, Michael focuses on all business operations and strategic development. Prior to Rafferty, Michael was a Senior Fixed Income trader for Merrill Lynch. Michael is a graduate of Boston College.
